Dear Hot Dogs This is just a brief compliment to say wow. How fantastic our first experience has been. Your staff were so friendly with our beloved little furry creatures, my two Jack Russell’s. My female JR doesn’t accept anyone easily (due to her SPCA history, resulting from this, she is naturally quite a scared and cautious dog towards any strangers), for the first time she was so at ease, quite a refreshing moment I might add. As they say, dogs have the ability to sense any harm and this just shows how your staff’s intentions to only be patient, friendly and to give loving care.

From past very sad experience’s, I’m so grateful to say, your service is amazing! Such a well-equipped van, and everything you said on your advertisement and website is absolutely true! The finishing touch of a ‘bandana’ around each JR neck was just too cute! A very cute end for a pamper session for our JR’s!

By the way... the Shedding Solution is a must! No hair shedding... although I understand it only lasts as long as the pattern of hair growth, a couple of weeks free of hair... amazing... again another first! Well done on an exceptional job!

It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that my dearest darling boy Rocky went to “doggy heaven” last Thursday 13th Nov. He had not been well since September when he had a really bad episode with his epilepsy and was hospitalized for 2 days. He then developed diabetes and last week diagnosed with pancreatitis and was very ill.

I am sure your groomers will be very sad at this news! They really gave Rocky special TLC at all times. As you will remember in the beginning when I started using you guys Rocky was not very friendly and used to bite the groomers and was grumpy. This only happened about 3 times. He was then very good and used to love his grooming being the first at the garden door when they arrived.

I would really like to compliment your groomers as they were always very gentle and treated Rocky with the best love and care – in as much as when I said “he is not very well today” he was carried out and then carried back in like a little king and you could see he enjoyed every minute of the pampering. I have really enjoyed using Hotdogs over the past year and the groomers have been fantastic and if I may say professional. Well Done!

I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today I made use of your services for the first time. I have had some horrific experiences in other dog parlours around the northern suburbs and having an overly sensitive Pekingese certainly does not help matters.

Today I called to book an appointment and basically the grooming van arrived about an hour later. The lovely lady and gentlemen who groomed my two Pekingese’s were absolutely charming. They treated all of my dogs with love and respect, even the huskies who were not being groomed. My sensitive Pekingese was so quiet during her grooming session that one could almost hear a pin drop, where previously in other parlours, she has screeched so loud that I have been able to hear her from my car.

On top of their great report which was very quickly established with my furry babies, the two doggies looked the most gorgeous that I have ever seen them look after grooming. And then just when I thought things couldn't get any better, they left me a lovely little message on my invoice saying “they are so sweet, we love them".... Something every mum wants to hear about her canine babies!

They were literally in and out of the property within an hour and a half. They worked quietly whilst I had private clients at home and I am just so thrilled to have found you!!! I would love for this feedback to be given to the lovely lady and gentleman who came to groom my dogs..... You can tell them it is from the lady whose huskies were climbing into the van whilst they were grooming the Pekingese’s!!!

Hi there, George. Just a note to say a big “thank you” for arranging us an appointment for yesterday. Alfie (neighbour’s pooch) clearly does not easily take to being groomed. However, he settled down to his pampering session in a very short while. The groomers treated him with gentleness & kindness & patiently dealt with his anxiety & uneasiness.

He emerged looking very, very handsome indeed & I’m sure, super-relieved to be rid of the matted coat. He strutted around for the rest of the afternoon like one ultra-cool-hot-dog (instead of lazing about). The two groomers were friendly, polite & obviously have a kind-hearted love for the dogs they take care of, this immediately, was peace-of-mind. The vehicle was definitely clean & welcoming.

I love hot dogs groomers I am so impressed at the love and care my old chow Sheba got. The care was amazing the way the staff talked to her and handled her was just amazing. . So much more relaxing for doggy to be done at home also more convenient for owners. Sheba is normally so nervous but she soon relaxed with the staffs Loving calm nature. • This is to testify that I have used (and will continue to use) HotDogs Mobile Dog Grooming Salon as I found:
  • The staff that attended at my premises to be professional, polite and highly skilled in the way that they treated my two sharpeis.
  • My little boy, Choclat, who is an extremely aggressive sharpei was totally at ease in their care, their staff having firstly made friends with him and before attempting to pamper him, put him at ease. They also took into consideration that he had a major back operation and hence were extremely careful when bathing him;
  • My little girl, Honey, is a very nervous sharpei and yet the staff managed to calm her and put her at ease before attempting to pamper her. It was truly amazing to see how my two little ones took to them, both being fully at ease in their care.
• The one advantage of having a mobile van come to my home is that my little ones are not put in cages or kept in cages for, literally a whole day or, for that matter, kept wet for the day. I was also able to see exactly what was happening and, for that matter, I was also able to see that they were in fact grooming my dogs in terms of my instructions (i.e. cutting of nails, cleaning of teeth, cleaning of the ears and of course the grooming of their coats etc).
• I found their mobile van very clean and well equipped. Even though I did not go into the mobile van while they pampered my little ones I was able to see through the window what was happening and hence I knew that all the procedures that I required for my animals were in fact being performed. Not once did I see or hear by dogs barking or for that matter crying. The whole process for both my dogs was painless and I had extremely happy dogs afterwards.
• I would recommend HotDogs Mobile Dog Grooming Salon to anyone. I again reiterate I found them to be completely professional and put my animals at extreme ease, Choclat and Honey, of course, being the world to me.
• I cannot emphasize how they treated my animals and how at ease and happy they were. I have tried numerous doggy parlours before, only to have some bad experiences (i.e. both my little ones when I left them did not want to go into the parlour and I could hear them barking and whimpering when I left them at the parlour. Even down to the last spray of deodorant on my animals, they were content sharpeis and did not even try to bite or get away from their staff.
• A TRULY WELL DESERVED TESTIMONIAL. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK.
• I will from now on only use HotDogs Mobile Dog Grooming Salon as they have shown me that they really do care about our animals and I would truly recommend them to any animal lover.

Dear Stephanie Thank you for your follow-up. Benjamin looked fantastic after his grooming and I’m sure he feels much cooler in this hot weather now that his thick coat has been shaved! I HIGLY RECOMMEND the services of HOTDOGS Mobile Grooming to all who have animals and want that Tender Loving and Care with extra attention. I utilised the services of HOTDOG Mobile Grooming and found them to be OUTSTANDING. I have a foxy/jack Russell by the name of ZORRO, with an attitude to match. He was an unfortunate dog to be on the receiving end of abuse. With that said, luckily he picked a home and Owner who could look past that and work with his "problems" and unpredictable personality. Due to these reasons, I took it upon myself to groom my dog, however when it came to nails and needing attention he had to be put under at my local Vet which was a traumatic experience for both of us. His nails were trimmed to perfection without having to endure a local anaesthetic. After utilising the professional services of HOTDOGS Mobile Grooming, I noticed a huge improvement in my pooch. His hair has stopped shedding dramatically and upon returning home found a happy, bubbly and very energetic dog with a calm demeanour.

I too was greeted with a beautiful smelling pooch and a lovely token of services rendered in the form of a bandanna around my dog's neck. He looked to gorgeous.
